The Association of QC Headquarters of Thailand (QCHQ) and Department of Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industry jointly organized this special event to provides a golden opportunity for the quality experts, practitioners and enthusiasts from around the world to gather and share their knowledge, experiences, and exchange ideas of successful practices on global quality management in time of crisis.

The aim of the symposium is to promote up-to-date thoughts, contemporary models, trends, experiences and practice related to the application of Productivity Improvement, TQM, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Control Circles, Small Group Activities, Six Sigma, Process Management, and associated Quality Management Aspects.

The Symposium comprises of Paper Presentation, Quality Control Circle Presentation and Industrial / Cultural Visits.
